I am not aware of it ever being called either of these.
It was Country Haven (privately owned) then sold to the Nature Conservancy and the acquired by the IN DNR Forestry division.
Now it is called the Covered Bridge State Forest Retreat and is managed by the IN DNR Forestry Division.
