Where do you come up with all of these strange notions, Dave? I still recall vividly one of your posts back when we were discussing legalizing PCR's, and you were talking about how 15-year old boys would be shooting houses in subdivisions, etc. The sky didn't fall after PCR's were legalized for deer, and it won't when HPR's are either.
