You do realize the implications of what you just put on the public record, correct?

Archery equipment and firearms as used in a hunting situations are not acceptable methods of livestock slaughter under Humane Methods of Slaughter Act (HMSA) (7 U.S.C.A. §§ 1901 et seq.) which you just agreed should be implemented for those engaged in the raising of whitetail deer.

You are suggesting high fence cervid shooting/farming operations should be shut down unless they abide by these regulations of the HMSA which should classify whitetail deer as 'livestock'.
