Do I think weather has an effect on the herd... Absolutely it does, weather affects everything...

Do I think it is the biggest factor for the herd being reduced... Absolutely not... Hands down overhunting has the biggest impact on any herd...

Think about this, 74,384 does were taking last year... Yeah, eventually the bottom is going to drop out because more are being killed (or die for other reasons) then are able to reproduce the population adequately...
