To learn from history is pretty much accomplished in one or two posts. To dwell on history is worthless. As many posts about the who, what and shoulda between 1.0 and 2.0 sure doesn't seem to be about history but more so dwelling. Especially when everyone seems to want to speak for the DNR from an almost expert standpoint and no one has any more expertise then the DNR.
