I also have a feeling that this measure will drive more hunters to leasing up ground, making them feel they can and will implement better management. All the while pushing a lot of other hunters out.

You are not wrong. This prop 2.0 accelerated crushing of our deer #'s is going to cause more leasing AND higher lease bidding than this state has ever seen. The advocates of 2.0 said this would not be an "after effect" of 2.0.......
