Got lucky at Crosley Fish and Wildlife Area on October 25th. He got up about 3 hrs before dark to munch some acorns and work some scrapes, and I happened to pick the right tree. Currently sitting in a tree in Yellowbank WMA, Kentucky, hoping for a repeat.

I was coming back from hunting Madison Sat night and right by the main entrance off 3 there stood a stud waiting to cross the road.

Probably survived because he's too smart to walk around in daylight

This trail cam was not far from the main entrance.
There are definitely some nice ones roaming around there. Watch til the end, for some reason YT doesn't like the video format, freezes the beginning, then plays too fast at the end.

I fixed the video somewhat, you just have to select .5 speed now to get it pretty close.
