Both of these pics are from the early 1980's...

First deer with a bow (Bear Whitetail Hunter with the black rubber factory rest...don't even know how I hit her).



And....... Yep, for the horror for all you muscle car fans....I threw her in the back of my 1969 Pontiac GTO 4-Speed Convertible. Fastest ride to the Check Station for any deer ever in the state.....LOL!! The worst part was getting down the 1/2 mile mud lane in that car.....but I put that Posi to work..... Funniest part of the night.....I cleaned up, went out on a date with some girl on campus, and we made out in the back seat with that deer in the trunk.........she never knew. The back window was steamed up before we even got back there. LOL!!!!!!

Next pic was quite symbolic of just how determined I was........No ATV, No Horse, No Tractor, No treestand..........just another poor college buddy and a hack-saw to cut up a dead tree and some ski rope to tie her on and a 1/2 mile trip out of that woods you see in the back. That would put me in my grave today........back then we were all smiles doing 3-a-days for the College baseball and basketball team. LOL!!
