The first plot I put in are Real World soybeans, about 2 acres. Planted early June, but they are getting mowed down pretty good by the deer. Might have to till those up later and replant something else for fall season in that spot. Or maybe just seed over them with radish or turnips. The 2nd plot is Rutabaga, about 1.5 acres. Just planted those in mid-July due to a very long 100 day maturity time. Need rain badly for those right now. My first time trying them, but supposed to be more palatable than turnips before a frost. The 3rd plot will be daikon radish, will plant mid-August, about 2 acres. The 4th plot will be an upland plot, about 3 acres of Winter Rye, planted around Sept 1st.
