Actually the water was dirty due to a big blow they had a couple days before I went. The water in Erie has cleaned up over the years due to the zebra mussels. Lake Erie is the walleye capital of the world and only 2 1/2 hours away. It takes more time to drive there than it does to catch a limit of fish. Im going back on the full moon of this month to troll at night for some big boys. h.h.
