Only in IN can you just use pistol cartridges in a rifle, and rifle cartridges in a pistol to deer hunt. Makes perfect sense!
That's why I thought this had a chance of passing. If nothing else, I figured it was an opportunity to straighten the "goofiness" of the regs out.
