It is basically the same tripe that has been sent to every town/city that proposed to reduce deer numbers...Ive seen the same type of letters before....it was the same arguments that "Fawn"(Friends of Air, Nature, Water) used in trying to stop the urban program in Beverly Shores....I think wackos just pass it around....
