Forschner-Victorinox 5 Inch Butcher Knife

The best butcher knife out there IMO. This is the only knife that we use to butcher deer.

I bought this knife last year unfortunately I did not have a chance to try it out. I Shot a big doe Monday afternoon and started butchering. Boy this knife is sweet.Holds and takes an edge well. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a knife.

Forschner knives are hard to beat for the cost. Easy to sharpen and maintain. My wife loves them...and so do I..they're all I use.

the semi flex boner is the only one I use 5 inchwith rosewood handles try one and you will get rid of the butcher knife

Try the 6" straight blade with the Rosewood handle in conjunction with the "boner" blade. You'll never need anything else....

I have 2 of them and the 6" skinning knife which is awesome.
