When you need a Chef....... call me!!!!

This dish needs timed well

Marinate chicken with what you want, we chose Terriaki,

Brocolli, you take the "bark" off the stems (peel like a potato) and split in half. Boil water and Blanch the Brocolli for about 5 minutes then put in ice water bath.Put Brocolli in a bag with Itallion dressing salt and prepper and coat well. Set aside.

Heat and put chicken(or other meat) on the grill.

Hopefully you have started the Cole Slaw and already and have it in Fridge. Combine cabbage and carrots , then mix Miracle Whip witn some garlic, pepper, milk, sugar and a spice mix called "Natures Seasons", the longer it gets to set in fridge the better!

Twenty minutes before chicken is done put the Brocolli on the grill, sprinkle and
cover with parmesion cheese

Same time as Brocolli goes to grill, you need to start wild rice cooking on the stove.

In the end you have...........

Yes I know it is on PINK paper plates, but who cares? When the food is great, besides, I get all the paper plates I want free, just don't get to choose theme. They all go to trash after use so who cares.....

Looks really good Joe, but I'm thinking you brought those pink plates yourself. Warm weather and grilling, good times.

Looks good. You've inspired me to defrost some venison backstraps for the grill tonight.
