Grind up some Venison...
Ground twice with a coarse plate
Ground Once with a fine plate. I also add 20% by weight of Jimmy Deans Hot Breakfast Sausage for the fat needed.
Time to add the ingredients, peppers and Jack cheese. No store bought mix here.
Made some with cheese and some without.
Stuffed the rolls and let set 48 hours in the fridge.
End result and some cook time. Hit a home run on this batch.
