I have a pretty big blackberry patch, every year we make the usual pies, cobblers, jams and jellies. I enjoy making wine so I keep back enought berries to make 10 gallons. If you like a full bodied blackberry wine, this is it. If you would like to try it here is the recipe. 60 pounds Blackberries (About 2 five gallon buckets) 30 pounds of sugar 4 gallons Ice Mountain Spring Water 2 packets Red Wine Yeast It takes about 6 months to ferment to complete dryness
