We tried this and it was pretty good. We liked it well enough to do again. My daughter had a foreign exchange student from South Korea over when I grilled it and she liked it. Her first deer meal lol.

Got some loins out tonight and will give this a try, with my tenderizer. I don't marinate much though but from time to time we brine which I might try to incorporate into this.
