I thought it odd too BUT did a lil digging on it and it looks like it may work. Just looking to see if anyone has one. I know the "smoker" gang probably will not like it. Already had a friend who is a high end chef in Indy say, "Might cook ok but it would be like riding a stationary bike when you could go mountain biking right outside. Smokin is an event, period."

haha - I have a charcoil smoker that I have never used. I just don't know how to use it.
