The meat from these came from my 2010 doe.

I don't have the recipe handy now, but I'll post it soon or you can message me for it!

Was very good, and I saw a big difference over venison peppers and beef peppers- I could taste the meat, it wasn't that greasy.

Served it to my dad, he still doesn't know. He's the one who would prefer if I went to a farm and shot cows, because he thinks hunting is unfair and cruel. When I told Joe Bacon that my dad thought we should give the deer guns, he replied "They don't have opposable thumbs, so they can't use them."

We did the same thing with tacos. He still doesn't know about them either, and we ate those back in November.
