How would one go about converting deer burger into snack sticks? I just had my processor make some snack sticks for the first time and I absolutely love them. I would like to use some of my excess burger and try to make some snack sticks of my own. Help please?

My buddy makes 'em out of burger.
Go to Rural King and get the kit with the seasoning mix, not sure if the "skins" come with the kit.... or if you have to get them seperately.

Pack the skins, then you smoke 'em
