Unroll some Aluminum Foil and roll up the edges a little so the juice can't run away.
Place the foil on the grill at low to med/low heat. use a little butter, or non stick cooking spray Liberally to help keep the the fish from sticking. Place the fish on the foil and sprinkle on some "Cajun Shake" Made by Cajun Injector.
Shake on this dry season to taste.
When the fish is done, sprinkle on a tiny bit of lime juice, and serve. Bet you love it !
