I've been making gobs of these goodies the past few years. My best investments make been... The LEM Jerky Cannon. That thing holds 1-1/2 pounds. I bought the extra long metal stuffing tube to slide the 21mm collagen casings over. I use this for snack sticks. LEM Jerky Cannon I use this stuffer, a 15 lb'er for Chubbies, Summer Sausage and you could use it for Snack Sticks as well. Stuffer
