This is called "Swedish nut cake". Super simple to make and it will kill ANY sweet tooth you can muster up. VERY SUPER moist and good, from my Ma. Get your wife to try this one if your a cake eater or a sweet tooth hound. The topping below is great on ANY cake also.

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla (or extract)
20 oz can of CRUSHED pineapple
1/2 to 3/4 cup CHOPPED walnuts

Mix all together by HAND pour into 9x13x2 oblong glass pan. Bake at preheated 350 oven for 35 to 45 minutes depending on oven.

TOPPING
8 oz philly cream cheese
1 stck margerine or butter (melted but not hot)
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix all together and spread over cooled cake
