Well I know it's been going at least since June 2016.
And back then it took 20 days to get it delivered to their own store!

And their rebate is in the form of a voucher that is only good for purchases in the store. Check out Kentucky Gun Co. for better prices, and if your local gun shop is registered with them, no sales tax on your purchase, no S&H, just whatever the 4473 check will cost. BTDT on more than one occasion. Shipping is a lot quicker than 20 days. Got one in 5 days.
