Thanks for all the nice comments. I would encourage any of you parents out there to take your kids hunting. I think the best thing Indiana has done is legalize crossbows.

Since they legalized them I have successfully guided all three of my children in taking their first deer with one. I know several of you guys take your kids during youth season but you should really consider trying a crossbow and expanding their season through archery season. Thanks again for the comments!
