I have a Sears 20ga pump with an adjustable choke at the end of barrel. I can select IC Mod full. Can I shoot slugs out of it?

You should be. I have a Poly-Choke on an Ithaca 37 in 12ga and was able to shoot slugs even on Full.
As I recall, I typically shot them through the Slug setting but was able to choose any. They simply patterned the best on the Slug setting.
