Weed, many, many people did this when it was the monastery owned by monks and they allowed people to park and walk out from the property. The monastery closed and sat empty for several years. I believe the whole property is behind a fence now but that's not the issue here. If you look at the picture there is clearly no problem getting in and out of their dock, all a smoke screen to keep anyone from anchoring in their million dollar view.
