Kentucky's sportsman license is pretty nice. For $95 it includes combination hunting/fishing, statewide deer permit, spring and fall turkey permits, state waterfowl permit and trout permit.
The statewide deer permit includes two tags (1 buck, 1 antlerless) that is good for all weapon seasons.
The two turkey permits also let you take two in the spring and four in the fall.
