Not an issue anymore of whether its good, bad, right or wrong, it just is what it is from now and the exchange is the intended vehicle. Actually, the State isn't allowing the insurance companies to continue the plans that people had since the feds agreed to provide that option for insurers. The State could have decided to allow it but even then I doubt that the insurers would reinstate those plans.
