Thank you for the post. I sure hope this works out and if anything breaks I'll be down. Good luck on this. Another gentleman who sometimes visits this site, Josh Ward, just opened a sporting goods store front in Fortville. I applaud you and others who jump into the business ownership world!
Is it possible for you to give folks on here, or me specifically, some idea as to what the idealistic price to buy something new vs. a reasonable repair cost would be so I can figure out what might make sense to possibly have repaired vs just going and buying the thing new. Here is an example. I've got a couple of mojo ducks that aren't work, might be battery, that probably need contact repair or clean up. I can buy these things new for about $90 to $125. PM if that is a better way to communicate on this.
Our most common repair is a broken screen on the iPhone 4&4S models. If you aren't eligible for an upgrade from your provider, they may try to sell you another phone for around $700. We can repair the screen for $90 which is still cheaper than your deductible, if you had the insurance.
Feel free to bring your ducks to us. We can take a look at them and see if repairing them is cheaper than buying new ones.
