SB109 was tabled this morning and will continue next Monday to give legislators time to possibly amend a few issues. I think it will pass but may be amended to a higher fee and maybe require antlers to be drilled before they leave the facility to prevent submission as wild deer antlers to record books. Since this bill combined DNR's issue with wild animal authority they did testify but basically said nothing about the high fence portion.
