HB1452 - the DNR omnibus bill was passed 11-0
HB1206 - the reopening of Wyandotte Cave was passed 11-0
SB100 - granting Homeland Security the ability to issue cease and desist orders to local governments was tabled for further study. If the committee doesn't meet again this will kill the bill.
I should add that the chairman announced there may not be any more hearings effectively ending other bills assigned to this committee.
There's a reason I like dogs better'n people... .
