It was kind of funny really. Representative Dvorak asked at the first summer study about the issue of logging in the backcountry area of Morgan-Monroe State Forest. He was told by the committee chair they would discuss forestry issues at the second meeting. Well, Dvorak showed up late to the meeting and when he asked the Chief Forester about the issue the chairman shut it down and said we aren't going to talk about this issue and moved on. 4 hour drive for nothing really.
