I don't have any kids so I don't know this....
How old does a child have to be before they have to buy a license?
Does the guardian HAVE to be licensed... if she is not fishing?

18 and above for a license, i dont think the guardian needs one but they cant assist in any way or they are considered fishing. Might be wrong on the second one. h.h.
