I've went to using a Boga when possible. But, I've also heard/read that its just as bad to lift a heavy fish by the jaw. "They" say it causes dislocated jaws and it puts too much pressure on their internal organs. I did buy a rubber mesh net that supposedly helps. I'm not convinced either one is as much as an issue as just plain old rough handling of the fish in the boat before the release. Can't hurt though…..
