Too often the DNR faces critical comments for a variety of reasons. But, while the efforts of a lot of organizations and volunteers help considerably to make this particular event a success, without the DNR organizing and putting considerable effort and expense into this event, there would be no event. A huge thank you to the DNR should be extended by everyone involved and by those who attended. Also, the efforts of those of volunteer time speaks volumes about their own personal willingness to give back to help promote outdoor recreation.
