You are right Chevy! Best days trapping I had this year were spent with my Dad......
I understand most of you younger guys have young kids, and families to take care of. I still remember all the baseball, basket ball, and other things that takes up a lot of time. Those are obviously more important than setting traps......I'm old.....and those things are just memories now. I'm also fortunate that part of what I do is run around the farm every night taking care of business. That's what allows me to do this.

The way I have it figured, if we can get sticksender to catch
50, and the rest of us average 10 coyotes next year, we can get to 150 next season!!!!!

The "Who's setting traps....." was a great thread. Probably holds the HH all-time record for sheer number of posts. I hope a few more guys will be inspired to jump in and try trapping next season. Makes for a perfect excuse to get outdoors in the dead of winter.

Went to the deer/waterfowl expo on saturday, Just along I-70 from Knightstown to Indy we seen 9 Coyotes in fields along the Hiway.

Got the yaz "blend" out.....hope to have a pic soon

My brother just caught his 5th today and he just started a little over a month ago, I talked him into it. Gonna pick his brain for next season.

Get 'em DP!!!!! Its ugly out there. Had a heck of a time getting around tonight. I'm done come Saturday. Still have a coyote or two around, but they can have it as long as they behave!!! Found where one had bedded close to several sets……They are shedding and pulling hair out.

Put me down for 2, scored another female a week ago Wednesday, just hadn't posted it. Planning some last minute new sets in a woods this week and some calling while this snow is still on.

Last one…Starting to pull stuff over the weekend. I can't believe as wet and cold as it was, I had a steel trap actually fire. Another one in a blind trail set. Back foot catch, but I'll take it!!! Yet another female. Fur was excellent, which is odd for this time of year.

The fur on yours and DP's look really nice. Congrats on the final one.
