I use earth anchors and attach snares with a swivel and link. The only problem I see with an all in one snare/anchor would be the yote twisting up your cable until it broke. You need some kind of swivel in the snare. If the yote hangs himself right away then problem would be solved but in a open area you might find nothing but whats left of your anchor and cable. h.h.
