Took some fur down to the Bartholomew County fairground to see how the sale would go. There were four buyers. After the first two or three lots went through, it was clear that we were going to roll the dice and ship to NAFA again. The highest coon were $4.00 range. Rats sold good for around 6.00. Coyotes were all over from $2.00 to $14.50. After the lots were graded, the buyers were only interested in the best of the best. We never even brought our fur in the building.
