This is my Daughters 44 which is the H&R with a ATI M4 style grip and stock. I went with the stock to get it to fit and also if I wanted to use the rifle I could just extend it to fit me. I did add the scorpion recoil pad just this year.

Do to ammo being slim on the shelves She used the 240gr SP white box bullet by Winchester this year and had a beatiful mushroom round after harvesting her deer. I would say 90% weight retention on it. Very very pleased and recoil was perfect for her.

I did have to drop the trigger assembly and lighten it up. Very easy on this rifle but if not experienced a gun smith can knock this out in no time.
