Here is my version of a stake puller. 2.5"x1" tube handle that is 5' long. The hook is about 14" from the plate on the bottom. I use the extra hook because it is easier to get it on the stake that is 3 or 4 inches below the ground. It will pull them out easily unless the ground is frozen several inches down. Sometimes it is easier to use the second hook to get it started, and above the ground, and then hook the stake directly to the puller to finish getting it out of the ground. I use the cable stakes on traps and snares exclusively now. SO, i don't if this puller would work on rebar type stakes.
