Now that is a classic .22 rimfire rifle in excellent condition! If you have owned it for several years I would bet it has helped you put lots of squirrels in the freezer.
May all our hunts be safe, enjoyable, and deeply appreciated.

At some point in the future the rifle will pass to another owner. Hopefully, that person will use it and care for it as well as you have.
Good hunting!!

Had to do a wedding this afternoon - so a little squirrel time was in order after that!!!
Heard a few cutting but no shots. Luke was at Magnums hunting and killed one with his Gamo.

Knocked down 3 this evening. Found a ridge loaded with white oaks and the squirrels were hammering them. A scouting mission for deer turned into a pretty good squirrel hunt. Yes, we have a tree stand close.
I don't think I have ever seen so much mast.

Nice. I haven't been hunting squirrels, instead I've been shooting the BEAR compound bow and the good ol' .44 magnum getting ready to try to win this contest!!!

Went again this morning with a friend and we got 4. He was using a 12 ga black powder muzzle loading shotgun and I used my .22. He shot 3 and I got one. I hit two that got away. Shots seemed good and I heard the bullet hit but they went up the tree never to be seen again. I'd rather miss than hit one and it get away. Oh well, thats hunting. We had a great time and it was a fantastic morning to be in the woods. h.h.
