I'm having this bird mounted in full body strut.... with a plaque in memory of my best friend Mike Romer! If it wasn't for him, I would not have ever had a chance at this gorgeous majestic bird. Will be going down this weekend to pick him up, since it is a good 2hrs from here. I told them that his neck was not solid red like a lot of mounts that I see... and I wanted more blue in the neck. So after freeze drying and painting, they sent me a couple pics to see what I thought.... and I think it looks purty darn good. Can't wait to see the whole bird now! Just call me Bo!
