I was at the banquet saturday evening for this event and let me just that this is a great cause and these are some of the best kids I've ever seen. We could all learn something from them. It also says a lot about the people who took time out of there schedule to guide these kids. I also think it's fantastic that landowners are willing to let these kids and their guides hunt on their land for this event. Keep in mind, all of these hunts happened on private ground. My hats off to all of the landowners.
I am the vice president of the Northeast Indiana Whitetails Unlimited chapter and we did sponsor one of these kids for this event this year. We have a facebook page "Northeast Indiana Whitetails Unlimited." Look us up, we have a banquet every year once per year and every year we donate 100% of the money we raise to support events like this and to give back to the community. This year I believe our banquet will be August 9th.
Anyway, great hunt and I am very happy for Noah. I have never taken a turkey with a bow so Noah deserves a lot of credit for this!
