Cedar and walnuts for me. I picked up a bunch of walnuts(green) last year, placed them in a sealed bucket of water for a couple of weeks. Great idea..... until I sprayed my clothes with tem and saw my camo get a shade or two darker! If only I knew how to remove the dye they produce!

Also have just wrapped the walnuts and cedar in grocery bags before and let scent leech out in clothing storage tote. As noted above the branches dry out and become brittle and the hulls on the walnuts begin to rot fairly quickly....... but the cover scent is still there.
