Weedhopper OP Hoosier Hunter W Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 8,794 Mooresville Indiana	Hooked up with Gundude this morning to evaluate his expertise calling techniques. We were done by 7:05AM. 27 pounds, 10.75" beard, 1.5" spurs. Another great memory made with a great friend. Brew coffee....not tards

This was a run and gun hunt... Well sorta.. the only time I run is to the bathroom.. I had a plan in my head and it worked out for a change..god blessed us with a perfect hunt and then decided we needed a shower..we were soaked... I love to call birds.. and for the second time this year our plan was perfect... ( one bird got away because my son loaded up with low brass #6... but our plan was perfect.. I digress) Turkeys are easy and mushrooms remain elusive. Great bird Jeff.. that crap doesn't happen every day!! I think I was more excited than anybody on that hunt... Everything else I hunt this year will begin at noon and end before my 3pm nap.. hunt on.... Life is hard. Its even harder If your stupid! John Wayne.
