hoeltkeys on 46 towards greensburgh is pretty good. you also have westport and st. paul within a half hour or so.

Myers in St.Paul do a fantastic job but I think they are awfully expensive with some of their services though.

When I take one to be done, I go to Darlage's in Seymour.

Meyers in S Paul, the best. USDA inspector on site, cleanest operation I have seen.

We do lack in this area and that's what got me into doing my own.

I miss Mutton Creek, I thought Darlage's was horrible the two times I had tried. Meyer's is great and makes a pretty good summer sausage. Not as good as mine though. LOL

I took many deer to mutton creek as well. best processor ive used. Miss them days. i process a few of my own when the weather is right and i have time.
As soon as i get my shop finished ill plan on doing all mine.

Go to Kenny Corbin in North Vernon. He charges by the weight you get back. Best deer bacon around. Not a fan of Darlage. Go by during gun season they are stacked outside like firewood. MC is a mile from my house.
