In Indiana, it is illegal to hunt over that. Please be careful - this is one of the main ways that CWD is spread in the whitetail world.
Whether or not it is legal or illegal is not my main concern right now.. some states it is good-to-go and others not. But sharing salt licks and other types of things mineral sites do spread the disease more easily that done naturally.
