Good advice above. The only thing I would add is to pay attention to your seat height. You need to be sitting high enough to shoot comfortably out of the blind windows and not risk the bottom limb of your bow making contact with the ground during the shot.

Most bows today are pretty short axle to axle, so this may not be an issue for you. I used to hunt with a 41" bow....and definitely had to pay attention to seat height.
