From review of the one link, it appears that Ohio has almost twice as many hunters as Indiana. When assessing the financial aspects of relativity between the retails sales and the number of hunters, it would appear that the real issue is the number of resident hunters and probably has little to do with the management plan for deer. Then, it would be necessary to assess deer habitat for both states and the numerous other financial factors of businesses. It would be pretty hard to argue the management aspect in my opinion.
